After 25 years of working across commercial AV projects, we kept seeing the same friction: interior design, IT, and AV teams operating in separate lanes, each doing their job well but rarely designing together. The result was spaces that looked great on paper and frustrated people in practice. The deeper we looked, the clearer it became: the problem wasn't the people. It was the process.
